Santini's is an excellent Portuguese/Italian restaurant. The food was outstanding, as was the Sangria. Our server was very attentive and professional.
Very nice atmosphere, full service bar, indoor and outdoor seating. We plan to return and would heartily recommend Santini's.

The food was absolutely atrocious,I ordered a pasta that said had a lemon sauce, something like that. And what I got was pasta water with drops of lemon. Waste of money. I still have no idea how this business is still there. As someone who lives in carteret, any other thing would be better for the community. I never see any cars or people enter this restaurant. I would not recommend going either way.

Our waiter, Brian was terrific! Water glasses were never empty. Suggestions for appetizers hit the mark. The garlic shrimp was delicious and my french onion made me want more. I had the chicken Parm and the serving size was bountiful. I look forward to a return visit...soon.
