To be honest , I never really thought much about ihop because the one in my hometown was not great. But I have to say the one in Morris township ( tjmax shopping center) is exceptional. Everyone from the receptionist , the waiter staff and managers are professional, friendly , receptive and efficient. The food is very well prepared , tasty and service is quick. The restaurant and the bathrooms are kept clean . Kudos to management for doing a great job training theirs staff and...

IHOP in Cedar Knolls is excellent. Restaurant is clean and well maintained. The breakfast food is perfect every time. Our waiter, Jeremy, was very attentive and prompt in taking our order, ensuring the order was correct and following up to ask if we needed anything.

Service was good, atmosphere was fine. Food was severely lacking. My husband ordered steak and eggs with the steak medium rare, it was very well done and inedible. I had ordered avocado toast and the bread wasn't crispy like toast should b, and had large chunky slices of avocado an scrambled eggs on top. Overall the food left the entire experience lacking.
