Sankalp - The Taste of India offers a diverse menu with authentic dishes like tandoori chicken, naan, and chicken tikka masala. The restaurant has a clean and nice atmosphere with comfortable seating and stellar service. The cut mirchi, Chinese bhel, biriyani, Bombay Sandwich, Falooda, and Szechuan dosa tasted freshly made, except the dosa which was too spicy. The menu is extensive with reasonable prices, offering options for both vegetarians and meat eaters. The Gobhi 65 and chai masala are highly recommended. A great place to explore a variety of Indian cuisine beyond the basics!
