Visited today with my mom and we left extremely satisfied! We ordered two burgers and two appetizers: clam strips (normal menu) and wings (daily special)

Burgers - Very juicy and tasty, thick half pound patties. Cheese was suitably melted, I added mushrooms to mine and they were nicely cooked as well. The fries were pretty lacking in salt, but that's nothing a little ketchup can't fix :)

Clam strips - Same idea as fried calamari, but with clam meat instead. Slightly different flavor but mostly the same thing, I liked it.

Wings - These were insanely flavorful and should go on the normal menu!! Juicy on the inside, crispy on the outside, and an incredible dry rub made from garlic and parmesan. I am a sucker for naked wings because I don't like any sauces so this was perfect for me!!!

Service and atmosphere - Very chill and casual bar&grill environment, our server was attentive and frequently checked on us. I got a refill on my iced tea after the burgers came.

Price - We spent $87 after tip. That's what happens when you load up on appetizers :)

The food was terrible. Chicken was stale, no taste. No flavor on Cajun wrap. Chicken finger is ancient finger. Do not recommend this restaurant

Based on the reviews I wondering if I was in the right spot. My experience was completely different. We sat ourselves in the back corner, we were told just sit anywhere. We were bombarded with flies the moment our food cane out. My daughter's meal was ruined almost immediately by Flies landing on it. We put up a gallant fight keeping the flies off my Granddaughter's food. I luckily made it safely eating the blandiest wings I ever had. Had to ask for some hot sauce to give them some life. My drumsticks were little chunks of chicken that had been cut in halve. Totally Lane, the pasta fagoli soup was flavorless too. The service was nearly non existent as nobody came to check on us until we were able to flag someone down. They did take the unbeaten salad off the bill. It was not as great a place like others reviewed far from it. My feelings is without the flies, the food & service is mediocre at the best.

I come here a lot when I’m in the area, and it’s always the same staff working hard every day. The food is very good and reliable, although it’s a little on the pricy end for a casual evening. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed eating here last week. The Olympics were on the TVs and folks were cheering on the US! The crab cake sandwich was so delicious that it made my family say "Oh! That's good...." ?

Can’t say enough good things about CAC.
Came here for the first time in February or March 2024 to wait for traffic to die down for the commute home from work.
Adam (bartender) immediately greeted me and was able to tell me what they had on tap. His service is extremely attentive and just all around the best bartender in Morris County hands down.
If you are looking for a old school, welcoming, no gimmicky spot, Charley’s Aunt is the place to go.

What a great, casual restaurant with a well executed continental cuisine. And the service was better yet than the food. If you're in the vicinity and the menu suits this place is a no brainer.

Food was great, C.A. is always a solid choice. Pub atmosphere on the bar side and plenty of dining space in the newer dining area. Pub food, but also a respectable dinner menu, which never disappoints.
