First time here. Ordered soft serve vanilla. Absolutely horrible had zero flavor. Had an after taste. Will not be going back. Waste of $6. Do better.

I really like soft serve especially half vanilla half chocolate. This isn’t the place to get it since their homemade flavors are more their focus. So if you want soft serve go somewhere else because it’s very chalky like here and not smooth.

Had an ice cream sheet cake for my birthday- LITERALLY the best cake I’ve ever had. They can do many flavors - ours was layered with two different flavors and filled with a layer of gooey chocolate and some crunchies 10/10!!! There was not a single piece left and all the guests raved over the cake. Thank you Kate & Terry ❤️

Just left this place, and while the young kids serving ice cream were super nice, the experience took a turn. I had a free scoop card from an event clearly stated “bring to scoop at anytime.” I showed it to the kid, and he started my order. Then, a more mature (and very rude) woman came over, folded the card, and said it was no longer valid because the event had passed even though the card didn’t say that then walked away. Completely unprofessional and honestly over a $4 ice cream for my toddler. I ended up paying; it was her attitude that was the real issue.

Not only is the ice cream delicious, but they are allergy friendly which is needed for my family. Menu is labeled with top allergens for all of their flavors, making it easy to choose a safe ice cream flavor. Changed gloves and fresh ice cream from the back for our son, who doesn’t get to eat out often. Our go to spot now. Please continue these great practices. Thank you!!

Quite simply the best ice cream this far west of Italy. Great service and a range of flavours. A pup cup always keeps our family dog happy. If I lived in Chatham, I'd lobby for this place to be crowned National Treasure status.

A great place to satisfy your ice cream cravings! They offer many excellent flavors, all tasting fresh and delicious. The service was quick and efficient. I particularly enjoyed the Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip, and the Mudslide is also a winner. Don't miss out on their tasty chocolate cones either!

We love Scoops for an ice cream outing, but I want to especially highlight their ice cream cake, made to order for a big family birthday bash. Our needs were special because of food allergies and Scoops was very careful, including checking the week before on the level of sensitivity to potential cross-contamination. It was so delicious, it was entirely consumed. The kids and adults raved about it.
