Sadly the service at Toastique is consistently bad. Second time in 1 week where I am the only one there and the two people behind the counter get distracted and take 15 minutes to make me a coffee and a toast. The worse part is the nasty look I got from one of the workers. As if I was an inconvenience. Not cool when spending $18.00. LIV bread is much nicer .

Food & service is terrific. However, in the summer it’s too hot & in winter it’s too cold. Please fix A/C heat systems for perfect score.

Food and drinks were awesome, atmosphere was great. However, the online pickup name pulled my billing info name, where I thought I register with a nickname, the guy who took my order was laughing at this when I told him the nickname which he couldn’t find it, so I said try the other name, he was laughing with another lady saying something like “next time we should ask for the real name blablabla” which makes me uncomfortable, next time please be careful with your manner.

Had devious avocado toast 3/4 way through took a bite and there was a grocery tag They offered to replace the toast but I was already full. That was my only option didnt offer refund or even a coffee or juice.

Great coffee shop! Good food. It's too cold inside though, please turn up the heat! Several customers wearing jackets. Staff say it's up to the ownership and they can't control the heat.

In addition to the tasty toasts and healthy smoothies -- with many diverse offerings and flavor profiles -- I loved the service more than anything.

The one item we didn't completely love when we went was our chai. Like many western chais, this one was too sweet. (To me, once it's that sweet, you lose all those aromatic notes of the ginger and cinnamon, but that's beside the point).

When I approached the workers with our feelings on the drink, they were quick to make a change without charging us. They completely remade the drink with less syrup, and it made a huge difference.

So, we we will definitely be back for a second visit! It's a great atmosphere, with fun options, and a helpful staff. Remaking that drink was really nice and showed they will do what's in their power to make your experience the best it can be.

I love Toastique!! It’s become a go-to for breakfast and lunch. The burrata toast is definitely my favorite but I’ve also had the açaí bowl and am excited to try other things!

Great avocado toast. Slow coffee service. When I asked them why the macchiato was so small, they disdainfully explained that they make it the true way, not the Starbucks way. Fine, that's on me. When I asked for something else, got some eye rolls and more disdain that I wouldn't have the macchiato as is. But yeah, great avocado toast.

Kid-friendliness: Not stroller friendly.

Overpriced! Although I’ve seen review responses stating that Columbe coffee is usually $9, that’s because they’re paying NYC commercial rent. No one is coming to Chatham to pay these prices. You’d have more customers if you lowered everything across the board. Are the juices even organic to be charging those amounts? Also, adding additional money to the already inflated price just for almond milk is outrageous. You can go to Whole Foods and buy a gallon of cold brew. Save yourself the money.
