“After reading many recommendations, we were finally able to get to Riccardo's. We got a bar pie & a Salvo pie which were both excellent. The owner Vito came by & chatted with us for a bit to make sure we were having a good experience. Our waitress Devon was excellent as well. Nice place with nice atmosphere. “I tried this place for the first time tonight. I ordered take out and got vegetable fried rice, chicken lo mein and an order of chicken and broccoli. I also had a peanut allergy in the family. The food was on time for pick up and the people were extremely friendly. The food was honestly the best Chinese food I have had since visiting my home town in NY a few months ago. “We just moved to this area and I was looking for a good breakfast and lunch one day while moving. This place is a hidden gem!!! The food was honestly, amazing. The staff was soooo friendly. Can't wait to go back for their ice cream . We had bagels and an appitizers sampler, the food was fresh, cooked perfectly, fast and absolutely delicious. Big fan!”

“Went to grab a few slices while in the area and man was I pleasantly surprised. Reminds me of finding a great mom and pop pizza shop in the middle of Brooklyn. Great crispy but not well done perfect amount of sauce and cheese. Great taste!Plus the staff was nice, friendly, and just made for a good experience. “I mean I'm kind of biased because this is "my local bar" since I moved here a year ago, but the fact that EVERY regular greets me with a smile and a "how's it goin'" speaks volumes about it's character. It's not that I hold any aversion towards it; it simply isn't my preferred establishment.However, today marks a significant shift in my patronage, as I hereby declare myself a steadfast adherent of Starbucks. Yet, this conversion isn't prompted by the coffee, but rather by the exemplary service I encountered. In a moment of folly, I found myself stranded, having depleted my fuel reserves along Route 9, barely managing to coast into the Starbucks parking lot.In a matter of minutes, Matthew Repace, one of the managers, emerged to assist me in diagnosing the issue—a mere oversight on my part. Realizing the simplicity of the solution—more fuel—he promptly embarked on a mission to procure the necessary gasoline.While I cannot speak to the usual standards of service at Starbucks, if it is customary for them to extend such magnanimous gestures, I humbly retract my initial indifference. Allow me to extend my sincere gratitude to Matt. Though perhaps Starbucks compels such actions to maintain the flow of its operations, the grace and warmth with which he attended to my predicament surpassed any expectation. Matt, you exemplify the epitome of courtesy and professionalism, and I am deeply thankful for your assistance on this day.”

“I went to this Starbucks today to buy my first French press. In addition to that, I wanted to get a special coffee to brew with it, but wasn’t sure which one I wanted. The man working the register explained the different types of coffee to me and helped me choose the Guatemala blend coffee. I forgot to ask for it to be ground, so he offered to grind it for me and explained how French press coffee needs to have a coarse grind. I went home with my French press and immediately made a cup, and it was delicious! The employee working there really helped me out with choosing the perfect coffee to use with my new French press. It was some of the best customer service I’ve ever received. I’d definitely recommend going to this Starbucks!!”
