Tried to order online or over the phone on 2/14. I was unsuccessful and had to go in to place my order on my break while at work. Went back a hour later. My order was not completely correct. Wrong boneless bites. I order the steak with shrimp and parm.sauce for $4 and only receive 1 little shrimp.
The server apologize and gave me the correct bites.

Vegetarian options: I would go somewhere else

Service was good. We sat at the bar amongst a few others, there was a rotten smell coming from behind the bar. We eat here often and have never smelled anything or have been grossed out but the smell was atrocious!! Came back a week later and the smell was still there. Hopefully they do something about this soon

The pretzels were super good, the ribs and potatoes i do not recommend at all, it tasted super processed and fake. Im not sure how to describe it. Service was good and the tables were cleaned. The appetizers were really good the chips are really salty so have that in mind. The dip is delicious, as well as the mozarella. Theres tons of parking and you can even order ahead for pickup.

Great atmosphere that I can take the kids to. But they ordered burgers which were nice and hot. I ordered ribs which were like warm and it tasted like they messed up on the sauce. So they smothered in the sauce I originally ordered. The ribs tasted old and been under a warmer all day. The waiter was nice and attentive.

Came in with a group on a Friday night around 10pm and the place was maybe 25% full. We waited about 40 minutes before I called over a manager to assist us and she was annoyed. She didn't even bring a waitress as they all hung out at their kiosk at the bar staring at us. Finally after another 10 minutes or so, someone serving on the opposite side of the store came over to assist us (we were the only table of color present and I'm not sure if that was a factor or not). Reminded me of why I haven't been to this location in years. Looks like I'll still go out of my way to another location as I have been doing since my last bad encounter with this Cherry Hill location. Please be better!

I love Applebee's. I've probably been to at least 20 different locations. For some reason, we couldn't get served after being seated. We waited more than 20 minutes, asked the host to help us out, but still nothing. If something was going on and they couldn't serve us for some reason, I wish they would have let us know instead of seating us and letting us be until we left.

Sia is a straight up BOZO and a waste of payroll. Kid straight up rolled his eyes at us and walked away at the host station. Another hostess apologized on his behalf.

Order budweiser beer bone in wings with hot honey sauce they had none of them my wife ordered burger well done came out very red the burger I ordered was the same never again

I ordered door dash from this place. My food looked like it was sitting in a warmer all day until someone ordered that specific meal. My mash potatoes had that "I been sitting around uncovered" dry layer on the top. The chicken was small and it was also dried out. I was very disappointed.

Very good staff work in this place! On October 28, in the evening, they came in, they wanted to buy tea and water with them, as they were in a hurry to take the bus. We got water and tea for free. Thank you very much to the wonderful staff! We will definitely be your guests. I turn to the management, praise the staff and the girl who brought us water. This is important, it gives positive emotions towards your place. Thank you.
