Had my first Tomahawk here. Perfect marbling. Likely Prime. The Reverse Sear with a Cast Iron Charcoal Grill Sear finish did wonders. The meat quality all looks perfect. Believe I also had a brisket from here awhile ago that also turned out very nice (one of my first). Likely will become a regular here.
Well. I hear their meats are great. Called xxxxxxx. ‘Due to an overwhelming number of calls’. They do not answer their phone. Emailed them. They do not answer their email. They suggested calling!!!!! Gourmet meats. Not gourmet service. BUT. When you finally go there. Wonderful dry aged steals and nice people.
