Was in the area and stopped by to grab a bagel. Phenomenal! Customer service, time and the bagel were excellent. Best bagel I've had in this area for a reasonable price.

Just left this place. Cashier took my order, I grabbed a menu to look at and stood off the side while I thought my breakfast was being made. Cashier asked me maybe 3 mins later if I needed help. Uhh? I said you just took my order? There was only one person in front of me at the time, who already left. Others coming in after me are leaving with their orders. I asked if mine was ready as I was here before others leaving. Needless to say between the time my order was placed and the cashiers 10 steps to the prepper, my order was “lost”. I asked for a refund and left. Terrible customer service. Was actually hopeful for this place since I hear they have good pepperoni bread. But with the rundown 70/80s aesthetic, should have turned right around before even making an order.

Watched the lady place raw bacon on the grill with gloves, ok great she is wearing gloves, then watched her not take off the gloves, take my bagel cut it and put it in the toaster with the gloves used to handle raw bacon. When I called her out on in she wasn’t happy, I left the store without a bagel or my money back, I also won’t be going back to this establishment. That’s basic food handling procedures.

We stopped in here for some bagels for tomorrow for breakfast but the selection was not there. I was craving a pumpernickel bagel or mutligrain everything. This bagel shop had a poor selection of average to below average looking bagels. This was like the bargain basement of bagel shops and would not return again to this subpar establishment. Oh- the cherry danish was good that my sister in law had but the rest of the experience was average and not worth a return visit.

Ordered a bagel with cream cheese. Bagel was incredibly average, especially considering how many quality bagel shops there are in the area, cream cheese was a small quantity globbed in the middle and not spread. Service was atrocious and rude, even when the shop wasn't busy. Building is gross and ill maintained
