terrible service! we waited for 20 mins just for our drinks to be ordered and on top of that people that came in after us were serviced before us. 0/10

I had a 1pm reservation and I was told to wait 20 minutes because they were short staff. I actually waited and came back 25 minutes later and was told they had to speak to the manger. The guy came back and said you will have another wait but I can’t tell you how long. Like what? I was so confused I just left. Unbelievable. Poor customer service, unprofessional and a lack communication.

Drove from 40 minutes away to try your delicious food based off of an instagram post only to arrive at the restaurant and be told that the online menu does not coincide with what you have available. Now I have no food and no idea of when I will receive the full refund. Complete disappointment

This place is nice but can definitely use some improvements on their customer service and timeliness. It’s a decent place but like I said they can definitely improve on a lot.

The food was outstanding! I enjoyed the fried crack lobster, fried fish, shrimp, and cheesy grits, paired with a tall glass of fresh orange juice. The presentation was flawless, and the live music added a truly special atmosphere.

Food very yummy. Staff very kind and attentive. Great casual brunch spot that really hits the spot! The only thing if you don’t like loud music don’t sit near the speaker as it is pretty loud, could probably be taken down a little.

Giving this place one star is too much! They sat us at a dirty table for whatever God forsaken reason. The food was very bland and cold. For the restaurant not to have been busy there shouldn’t have been any reason for us to receive our food cold. Serving pancakes on a saucer plate was the most insane thing, how were we to add syrup? I’m assuming thats why the table was so sticky when they first seated us because the plates aren’t big enough for the food they serve. The waitress and the music selection was nice, but our overall experience was not! I do not recommend this restaurant at all. STAY AT HOME AND COOK TO SAVE YOURSELF

If there was 0 stars I would of given that. My gf and i went in Sunday for breakfast. Asked for a booth. I was told they were for parties of 3 or more. I looked around and 6 booths had 2 and 1 w/2 and a toddler. Mind you im 6'4 270. They sat me at a table that was like a 3rd grade desk
So after agreeing to that a couple comes in long after us and gets waited on 1st
I go to the hostess now what is the reason for this. She says we have a different server. I been in the biz , the correct answer is I'm sorry let me get your server. Not u have a different one that has yet to ask us if we want coffee 10 real minutes into sitting there. Asked for a mgr. They didn't come out at all for at least 5 more and I left. I'll NEVER go back and did a video on fb which I never do to hurt a place.

In all honesty….
The food tasted good, it just wasn’t outstanding nor did it match all the hype I heard about it. The Portions also didn’t match the pricing, there was space all over my small plate. , I paid $30 for a breakfast plate I Normally get for $15
Service blahhhhh , coffee was cold and nasty. I probably won’t go back.

They lie about the wait time so clear your afternoon if you want to come here. They’ll tell you one time frame then when that one passes they have no answer and just look at you like figure it out. The training of time management and service could be way better to not play in people face and their time.

If you want food poison, please go here! We will never visit this place again. I visited with my spouse and I’m always skeptical of places that have low ratings but I wanted to give them a chance. First off, we were there at 12:00 and were seated quickly..the long wait for our food was insane… we didn’t get our food until about 1:20, the funny part is we visited on a weekday where it is less of a crowd. By that time we were only able to eat about half of it. Fast forward, the food we ate made us sick. This is my first time getting food poisoned. Both of us in the middle of the night experienced vomiting and other symptoms of food poisoning. It was a one and done experience for us, I would avoid this place at all costs.

If I could give zero stars I would a friend drove 2 hours to have brunch here because of the good reviews I thought it would be good I ordered eggs potatoes bacon and French toast it wasn’t busy at all but service was slow as molasses my food as well as my friends was cold the mimosa was good the waitress was nice but terrible service for a place to not be busy yet still slow everyone was sending there food back we ended up not having to pay for our meal we didn’t eat the food I’m very disappointed

The place had good vibes, music, and people. However, the food was not it for me. The fried lobster was extremely salty and the strawberry shortcake was too sweet for my liking. The plating looked great, though. The server (Kelly) was so nice and urged me to get a replacement entree. Unfortunately, neither dishes would convince me to come back. I would go back for drinks maybe because the live music and song selections were on point. I'm passing on the food, though. It was also very expensive, which made the poor quality even more disappointing.
