I am totally blown away! The cashier at the front is a real person, not just a cashier doing a job, but she treats her customers, me included as if it is a pleasure to have your business! Kudos to the manager for hiring a person at the front like her!!!
Donna B went above and beyond to make this Mama's (and her son's) day!! We'd been so heartbroken over leaving his one and only souvenir at the shop, but she took the time and mailed it back to me!
