As always, the food was delightful, maintaining the consistent quality that Chick-fil-A is known for. The service was commendable, with staff members showcasing their usual efficiency and courtesy.
However, while the cleanliness and organization of the space were up to standard, the ambiance lacked a certain je ne sais quoi that usually characterizes Chick-fil-A’s dining experience. “Sharla is the sweetest person. We mentioned that we had stopped in for lunch while waiting for my husband to get his chemotherapy treatment across the street at Penn. She carried the tray for us, she kept making sure that he was okay and even followed us outside when we were leaving to wish him well and offer words of encouragement. That truly was a bright part of our day. We will remember that each and every time we go to the Penn building.
