Stopped here for lunch and I enjoyed the food a lot. The crew can work on smiling at customers as orders are going down the line. The dining area was a bit messy considering it was after peak. Service manager was working as cashier so I assume they were short on staff. The grill area looked organized and clean. Over all, this is a C restaurant. Food is good but service can be better. Great location with opportunities to build sales and has the potential to be restaurateur.
There is apparently a new employee who takes her break in the restaurant and FaceTime's a friend ...her phone volume is cranked up and you have to listen to her scratchy conversation rather than enjoy a peaceful lunch! BUY EARBUDS. Will not go here any more. 3 strikes.
The Rt 70 Cherry Hill, NJ location has the best tasting food and friendliest staff of all the South Jersey Chipolte locations. When I found out that they had many menu options that were both gluten and dairy free, I decided to do a taste test.The burrito bowls are my favorites: juiciest roast beef or pork ever or perfectly seasoned tender chunks of chicken breast/ rices/beans/various veggies/homemade tortilla chips/etc.ALL of the foods are cooked onsite, in view & served fresh...
