Placed an order through the app in advance. Arrived to the store. Everyone was slow, no sense of urgency, one person packing the cookies. No excitement or smile on anyone’s face. My daughter loves the cookies, but they have to do better. Why is one person packing the orders? Crumble cookie is always busy.
