Excellent service from the girls. However, the manager has a bad attitude towards his coworker; I don't think he's prepared to run that Domino's Pizza company.

November 16,2025 at 9:30 pm I ordered a Cheesy bread with sauce plus other items for delivery. They didn’t send the sauce I called and spoken to the manager Brianna she said that she would send the sauce within 20 minutes….. I was upset because by the time that the driver delivers the sauce my cheesy bread will be cold…. Brianna states she is sorry, but that’s how the store owner wants her to conduct business and she moved forward with hanging the phone up in my ear….
Rude, unprofessional and she doesn’t know how to deal with a diverse group of people. She needs to be trained good customer service.

I waited almost an hour for my order and was treated completely unprofessionally. After all that time, I was told, “If you want, I can cancel it—we haven’t started yet!” Seriously? After one full hour? That’s not how I—or any customer—expects to be treated. This isn’t a free service; we’re paying and deserve basic respect and accountability. A business like this should have someone who knows how to handle delays and communicate properly. If there’s an issue, just take responsibility and apologize for wasting the customer’s time. Don’t act like you’re doing us a favor or blame us for choosing your service. In short: very poor customer service. Extremely disappointing experience. I won’t be ordering from this store again.

Never again shall I come here. First they act like they didn’t know about any deals and tried charging me 18.99 per pie until my bf asked for the receipt and I looked online for the deals and found the deals. So I got my money back and ordered online. My meal went from over $35 to $22.97 for the same order. We got home and the pizza that we ordered was very nasty. My ordered consisted of cheesesteak pizza but all we got was sprinkle of cheesesteak. This place will never compare to the Dominoes I had prior to coming to this location. Make sure before entering this location you check for deals online because this place will try to get over on you. Never again and if I could I would have given no stars. Very disgusting, burned and not pleasant. Pizza was ordered at 11:13pm on 06/08/2025. Again, check the pricing because they will try to get over. Signing off Doctor T

Pizza is nasty. It taste like fake food and chemicals. It's the worst tasting pizza place out of every other established pizza place. Just had the wings for the first time, and even those are disgusting. Their pizza was concocted in a science laboratory. I don't trust them with my gut or taste buds.

Worst Domino's I've ever ordered from, to the point that I'm ditching the chain for good. Ordered extra sauce and got extra cheese and barely any sauce, pizza took an hour-and-fifteen minutes to arrive, and the person at the restaurant was super rude when I called to check on it. This scenario happened not once but twice. The second time, the pizza was barely edible. And when I reported a complaint, they didn't offer a refund, but only a coupon for a free pizza! Never Domino's, never again. There are too many good pizza places in the area to bother with this garbage.

On October 16th I ordered a pizza and brownie for delivery. I then received an email for a free emergency pizza. Today I tried to order the free pizza. The email sent me to open The Domino’s app and I proceeded to order the pizza I wanted, which was a medium two topping pizza. However, the app proceeded to charge me full price which was over $20. I then tried to order the pizza on the website which was also frustrating. There was nowhere on the app or the website in which to order the free pizza so I called the Cherry Hill Domino’s where my previous order had come from. The young woman I spoke to was unable to help me after 15 minutes on the phone. I became very frustrated. Why is this not user-friendly? You advertise this free promotion on TV, on your website and app and yet I cannot redeem it! No one can seem to help me!! I’m very disappointed in Domino’s and will likely never order from them again.
