I was ordering through the drive through around 6:40pm when I pulled up to the drive through order area no body responding back I repeatly try to say hello is there anybody there so nobody answered so I pulled to the drive through window and this lady was being rude said she was talking the whole time which she gave me attitude for no reason for somthong that the problem was on their side I come here all the time in this was enextemptable there should sence accountability in this establishment So I told what wanted it one item told her what I wanted than she said hurry up or I'm not taking your order there behind she was pressuring and rushing this unexemptable and was not busy at all the staff need to learn treat how they would want to be treated and they messed up my drink I dont know who the Manger is at this location but needs to take action for their employessI would not recommend coming here if you want horrible experience

The worse Dunkin you can possibly go to. I ordered extra dark toasted.does it look dark to you? Then the person had the nerve to say “ can you open it in front of me is that darker enough for you”. My husband said yes to get out of there. I noticed and it looks just like the first time. Looks and tasted as if it wasn’t toasted. Another order of a bacon egg and cheese croissant, the cheese wasn’t even melted just looked like they slapped everything on. As if they are in a rush. Horrible establishment. Needs evaluation. And on top of spending $30. Bye

Horrible. I’ve had my issues with this Dunkin, mainly the 5am woman employees having a nasty attitude each day. Today the woman at the register was having issues scanning my app barcode for payment, she scanned it 3 separate times. Then the third time she tried it didn’t have enough money to pay for the food. I had $18 on there, and $8 worth of stuff in my order. Now I’m going back and forth with them about how they stole my $18, and they’re asking for more. I gave it to them because I had to get to work but as the manager came over she denied scanning it several times and pointed the finger like I was in the wrong. Never coming here again. Also, they don’t properly mix their drinks at all, but that might be an every Dunkin thing. 10/10 don’t recommend, I’ve been to good ones like the one in Medford, please do not come here.

I go to Dunkin’ Donuts almost every day, the employees are extremely rude. But the worst thing Happened this past Friday October 10th.
I ordered my usual breakfast sandwich, bacon, egg, and cheese before going to work. I ended up not eating it and taking it home.
When I was ready to eat, I opened it up to put the bagel and the bacon in the air fryer to toast it… AND THERES WAS A BITE TAKEN OUT OF THE EGG!!!
Absolutely disgusting, I will NEVER go back there again.
Had I not brought the sandwich home, and decided to eat it at work...... I would’ve never known that I was eating an egg that someone took a bite of!

My husband went inside to ask for a cup of ice that was all. So he did the polite thing and purchased an item before asking for the cup. After the purchase he asked for the cup of ice and got met with “why”. The cashier was very rude and refused to give us the cup of ice after a purchase. Avoid this Dunkin at all cost. Their customer service is non-existent, very rude and not friendly at all.

This is the best dunkin ever. They always know my order and are super friends. No matter how the long is they move quickly.
I would give this zero stars if I could, on top of being the most expensive store in the area they told me 4 times in 2 weeks that they were closed when it was wasn’t their posted 9pm closing time, 8:15, 8:30 (2) and 8:45, lights on, open sign lit and people standing inside behind the counter but they say they’re closed? One time they even had the front door locked and just stared at me when I tried of open the door. I don’t know if the night shift is just this lazy and complacent but it’s horrible business practice and I refuse to go to this store again regardless of time or convenience
