We come to this location quite a lot for date nights due to consistent service and great food. I also book larger tables for work meetings a few times a quarter. Our experience last night was not the norm and has me re evaluating where to take our business. We booked the dinner for 7, checked in with the host and promptly seated in the outdoor area. Our dinner was a celebration of our son's 29th birthday. There was a card on the table but, that was it. I assumed a cake or something else would be brought out but, unless we specifically asked for something, nothing extra was given. Food was very good and the waiter was as well. However, there were large gaps between ordering the appetizer (soup) and cocktails. I do understand that things may be made from scratch but soup is not one of them and a scotch rocks can't...
As always everything was excellent, the food, the ambiance etc. but the service provided by Samantha was exceptional! This is our first time having her as our server, not to say the others weren't good but she exceeded all expectations! She paid close attention to detail and made sure our anniversary celebration was to the utmost special!
