I was an immediate a fan of Forgotten Boardwalk when I first heard their name and saw the art on the can. Then I had the Funnel Cake, and at the time I was a staunch IPA guy, but I quickly feel in love with beers outside of my go-to. I love all of the artwork associated with this brewery and the amusements vibe they have going on. I grew up in Ocean City so the beach & boardwalk are home to me. It saddens me that Forgotten Boardwalk is being forced to close but I hope, if they are willing, that they will come back better than ever and maybe in a location that will love & cherish them like they deserve.

The beer is amazing and the people are wonderful. The interactive elements of the place feel like one of our boardwalks. I will miss them and hope they decide to pop up again soon. The craft of quality, unique brewing is diminished without them.

Super cute brewery! I enjoyed getting a flight and trying a couple different things like the forget me not ipa and lemon pucker. Bathrooms were super clean and I loved the mirrors! They had a huge outdoor space which was good for my terrible two year old to run around in and burn some energy off. It may sounds super dumb but the chairs with the built in cup holder were awesome. Bartenders were nice and helpful and the art was very fun to look at. The funnel cake stout also tastes so much better in person!

Cool brewery that captures the jersey shore vibes. Didn't love each beer we tried, but the bartender was cool and beer options varied.

Nice relaxed atmosphere with yummy beers. Bartenders were very welcoming and made us feel like we had been there before despite it being our first time.

Edit: The following situation did happen, but I’ve since messaged the place and management apologized and said they had told the dog owner the dog was no longer welcome. I’m amending my previous review of one star to three in hope I’ll have a better experience the next time I decide to enjoy a beer at Forgotten Boardwalk. So let me start by I love the beer, atmosphere and staff here and until today I had never had a bad experience here. Now the times I’ve been here I’ve always seen families with kids, which is why I didn’t think anything of bringing my newborn now that I had a kid recently. Well there was a very large white dog who was lunging and aggressively barking at children, even when the kids were not approaching it. The kids had to be about 2 &3. No one did anything or said anything to the owner of this dog, who at times looked like she was struggling with controlling her dog. I was honestly afraid this dog was going to notice I had a child with me, even though my kid was being quiet. When my spouse told them we felt uncomfortable with the dog being there because it was lunging at children, no one did anything. We honestly won’t be coming back because they allow aggressive dogs and refused to ask them to leave.

Came here to sample some beers and spun the wheel. A fun take on the boardwalk theme inside throughout.

Two visits, two blah experiences. There are better breweries and beer bars within close proximity. The pricing is a notch higher than most craft breweries.

The Forgotten Boardwalk Brewery is a hidden gem, tucked away in a quiet corner of town. The brewery is housed in an old warehouse, with high ceilings and exposed brick walls. The atmosphere is laid-back and inviting, with a mix of locals and beer enthusiasts enjoying their brews. The beer selection is impressive, with a range of styles to choose from. I order the Funnel Cake Ale, and it's a revelation. The beer is smooth and creamy, with hints of vanilla and cinnamon. It's like drinking a dessert. The staff is knowledgeable and passionate about their craft, and they're happy to chat about the brewing process and the different flavors in each beer. The brewery also has a small arcade, with classic games like pinball and skee-ball.As I sip my beer and play a game of Pac-Man, I can't help but feel like I'm transported back in time. The Forgotten Boardwalk Brewery is a place where time stands still, and the only thing that matters is the beer and the company you keep. It's a place I'll return to again and again, a true oasis in a world that moves too fast.

We love trying the breweries in and around Cherry Hill, and while there are plenty of very good ones, this is our favorite by far. Lots of hoppy IPA choices with complex and interesting flavor profiles. The staff is friendly and welcoming.
