I go to this Dunkin every morning before work and they are always friendly and helpful. Kalpita and the rest of the crew are awesome. I order on the app and it is always ready when I get there. When my schedule changed the app was showing that they were closed so I mentioned it to them and they had it fixed right away and I was able to order the next morning - at 5:30 am I NEED my Dunkin coffee!!
There was a mixup with my order and the gentleman, Phil or Philip was very kind and was able to adjust the order kind and friendly without any hesitation to assist me.Great customer service thank you. Thanks, Phil
