Great customer service!!!
I went to this Starbucks today to buy my first French press. In addition to that, I wanted to get a special coffee to brew with it, but wasn’t sure which one I wanted. The man working the register explained the different types of coffee to me and helped me choose the Guatemala blend coffee. I forgot to ask for it to be ground, so he offered to grind it for me and explained how French press coffee needs to have a coarse grind. Rushing out of the house with an infant and a six-year-old you tend to forget things. I arrived at Starbucks with only my gift card of $15 on it.I ordered a coffee a breakfast sandwich and a chocolate milk for my six-year-old. Once I got one sandwich my six-year-old decided he wanted one too. I got up to the register and I was short on change. The coffee is delicious, with one customer saying it's the best they've had. The Apple Croissant is popular, but often runs out.
