One of the staff I came in today was very kind and nice to me. Since I told the lady that I didn’t like the Chai Tea Latte. She was nice enough that I didn’t have to pay anything but instead she made me a new drink which is the Nitro Cold Brew. It was very accommodating that she kindly made my drink without any charges . I wish I knew her name. The store is very clean , nice baristas. I will definitely be coming back again soon! Thank you!
OK, I just need to shout out to the barista who accidentally made my favorite drink. I was unable to make my mind up between a salted caramel cold brew and an oat milk, shaken espresso, and I ordered both of them at least that’s what I thought. She actually rang me up for an iced brown sugar, shaken, Espresso with non-dairy salted caramel cold foam and I swear this is my new favorite drink. I love this woman for combining them so smart. Starbucks is a place where you might either have a wonderful experience or a frustrating one, depending on the time you visit. The staff can be kind and accommodating, offering complimentary drinks and making sure customers are comfortable. The baristas are amazing and super friendly, ready to greet you and make your experience as pleasant as possible. Some staff members go above and beyond, like the barista who wrote a sweet message on a latte and added stickers, making the visit extra special. The store itself is clean, with nice staff members who recognize regulars and create sweet interactions. While there are moments of great service, there are times when the drinks are made incorrectly. Overall, Starbucks has a fabulous staff that tries hard, and this location stands out as one of the best in the area.
