First, Jeff the restaurant manager/Bar tender at the Bellagio Restaurant was our server and he was such a delight. He let me know how delicious the food was and that the salmon was a top dish. I wiped my plate clean. My salmon was cooked perfect and was delicious. The chopped salad was incredible as well. Thanks to Jeff and Bob for making dining at the Bellagio Restaurant memorable. Gigi and her team were very patient, kind and hospitable. We had a 2.5 hour lunch meeting. Everyone gave us our space but we're still attentive. The food was delicious. Highly recommend!
