Luke made our dessert and it was absolutely wow! He prepared everything so carefully — the presentation looked exactly like the picture, and it tasted amazing. It’s the first time I’ve seen someone take such care and responsibility in making ice cream. Truly impressive work and wonderful service!

⭐☆☆☆☆ I came in looking forward to a midnight cookies and cream in a cone, but unfortunately had a really disappointing experience. I told the worker I wanted it in a cone, but she handed me a cup of regular cookies and cream instead. When I politely mentioned I had asked for a cone, she responded with, “Next time say you want a cone,” which was frustrating because I did say that. When I tried to clarify, she got visibly upset and defensive.
The ice cream itself was fine, and I would’ve given 5 stars if it weren’t for the rude and dismissive service. Sadly, that kind of attitude really ruins the experience. One star.

Gem (he/him) was super helpful, friendly, and went above and beyond during closing hours. The line was pretty long but he maintained a friendly + cheerful attitude with everyone was in line as he greeted them and offered samples. Thanks, Gem! You truly are a gem :)
