Least customer oriented IHOP out of the dozens I have visited. If you’re looking for a staff with an attitude and wanna be demoralized, this is the place for you. There were probably two people in this entire establishment that smiled and demonstrated any level of Customer Servicethe rest look like they were there against their will and just took it out on the customers.

Was there Wednesday and I dont remember the servers name but she was amazing the managers Charnell and Herb was the best they have such an amazing staff and we had a great time and meal. Service was on point and everything was fast clean and delicious and overall everything was a great atmosphere

This is worse ihop around the town, it's feels dirty when you walk in and staff is not friendly at all and not helpful with manu too. I would not go here again.

Walking in on a packed saturday morning the hostess was on fireee doing crowd control and getting everyone seated in a timely manner (Cheers girl, you slayed). I take my son here for our mommy & me dates when we have extra time to kill and I’m never disappointed when the bill comes. Yes they can get packed, yes you may have to wait for a table, yes on occasion it took a little longer to get our food. But what we get consistently at this specific location is the experience. The cozy quarters of an old ihop are nostalgic, we’ve never once had a bad experience with any employee here, and drinking my coffee while I listen to the hustle and bustle and my son chit chats with nearby tables and kind staff members is something we will continue to come back for. The food for us is always great, love the open kitchen concept here and watching the cooks work their magic. Never disappointed here.

Ill start with the positives: the food was cooked and flavored very well. The man on the grill did a great job preparing our food (2 Jr burgers, fries, Colorado omlette, hash browns, sirloin tips, and mashed potatoes).
Unfortunately, that's where the positives end. The fountain drinks were watered down (we ordered 2 different flavors thinking it may just have been the first) and the side of sour cream we ordered was spoiled.
The wait staff also left much to be desired. 1. Meals weren't brought out together (hash browns by themselves for one person along with a 2nd persons meal, leaving 2 others members of our party to wait). 2. When asked about the hot chocolates I ordered for the kids, she said she decided to wait to bring them out so it didnt spoil their appetite. (That's not her call to make; they should've been brought out with all the other drinks instead of 15-20 minutes later.) 3. General lack of professionalism and customer service. I shouldn't hear her using profanity with her coworkers on the floor, nor should I have to ask her for napkins when there's only 1 other table occupied in the restaurant.
Not sure if the service is why the restaurant was so empty on a Friday night, but I definitely won't be returning as a result.

Wow, the service was great. The bathrooms were utterly disgusting and now I want to throw away my expensive shoes because the floors were super sticky with urine. The dining area had missing ceiling tiles and the opening was completely dirty, the floors underneath the table was accumulated with food, and this isn’t food that was left there from the last patron. This food has been there for a while. Lastly, the under area right under the tables, the walls, very dirty yeah but the most disgusting thing to me was the bathrooms very unsanitary.
Friendly service and a good breakfast. My daughter enjoyed the different kinds of syrups at the table

Me and my pregnant wife was in a waitlist for and hour they still no called us to seat. They had empty tables available. But they was prioritizing online orders. After an hour waiting i asked how long to get us a table. They asked for more 20 minutes. Horrible experience!
