Tried the newest sushi spot in Cherry Hill today, and was completely blown away! The freshest, most delicious and creative sushi and sashimi that I’ve had in a very long time. Excellent service and so much attention to detail. We can’t wait to go back and try more of their menu!

When I walked into Koi Matsu, the stylish decor immediately made me feel comfortable and relaxed. Astrid, our waitress was very friendly and attentive, and answered all of our questions about the menu items. I ordered the steak bento box, and I was delighted by the succulent tender meat that was cooked perfectly. From the miso soup to the Volcano roll, to the shu mai. Everything was delicious! I highly recommend this restaurant.
Excellent food spotless decor incredibly done. Service has to be quicker specially at lunchtime not sure if you were shorthanded or not but we’ll find out next time.

The food quality is amazing, with each piece of fish tasting incredibly fresh. The sushi is delicious, and the tuna belly is a favorite. The restaurant offers creative rolls like the TikTok roll, as well as dishes including Yellowtail jalapeno, sashimi pizza, Koi salmon lover, Koi tuna don, and Koi salmon don. The interior design has a nice and relaxing touch, and the environment is beautiful. Service is friendly, attentive, and very quick, though the restaurant can be painfully slow, especially for takeout, which can take over an hour even when not full. The sushi is clean, well-balanced, and beautifully presented. Everything feels light, flavorful, and made with care. The overall atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming. Definitely a great spot to try out and highly recommend for fresh, quality Japanese food.
