The line cook completely ignored me. The other guy that was just standing there told me to use the kiosk and when I asked information about the kiosk seemed to get frustrated so we just decided to leave the mall completely and eat somewhere else.

How do you offer a burger with goat cheese but not carry goat cheese? Also, if that's a menu item, why don't they know what's ON THE MENU? Ordered 3 burgers with bacon for my mother brother and myself for a Mother's Day treat and they were burnt to a crisp. No condiments were available on the burger customizing screen either. My mother was kind enough to sacrifice her sauce of choice with her fries to get me Mayonnaise. I'm on a carnivore diet. I would like Goat Cheese, 2 Patties, and Mayonnaise on my burger. I was obligated to get lettuce. I've been to the location in Norristown and they were excellent. This was the most DISAPPOINTING experience at a burger spot ever. I've worked for several. Please, don't go to this mall location unless you want to be completely ignored by the staff and be handed burnt food. Not worth my money here.

Mom and I came for a burger, fries and shake. It was the cashier’s first day. The others jumped in to help her when she needed it. I was impressed by that beside the fact that the burgers were made fresh and so were the fries. Loved it.

I get food here all the time, it’s amazing, I recommended it to all my friends. But I ordered today and I was sitting at a table across, when I saw an employee (wears glasses) WITH HIS HAND IN HIS PANTS!!! He had on gloves, did not go to wash his hands, nor change his gloves and he continued to cook and touch others food! That is so disgusting. I never write reviews but I loved this place and that was so disappointing.

Stay away this place gives you over cook chicken sandwiches blacker than black way over cook oil looks like it haven’t changed in years also the grill is really dirty all over the kitchen is really dirty establishment where is the New Jersey Food Inspectors at for this location within the cherry hill mall some one is going to get food poisoning some one is going to get a heavy pay check after a Lawsuit is issued believe me this chicken sandwich and onions rings was not worth my $21 bucks you be hearing from a LawFirm sooooooon
