Love the employees, but McDonald's needs to do something creative or different because the food is boring, and people want change. Maybe it's been serving the same menu for the past 50 years.

I ordered a fruit and maple oatmeal. The oatmeal was cold to touch. They put my raisins in it which I assumed the policy was to place items in the bag. They did not provide me with the apple slices which I had to ask for. On my receipt I requested creamers and that was not given. My oatmeal looks as if they added more water than they should have. Very disappointed

Are the eggs in breakfast sandwiches supposed to have green and dark spots??? Open your next breakfast sandwich and see if the egg has that? I guess they have been sitting out a while? I have trouble eating that and I paid for it? Staff was great though.

Friendly and helpful waitstaff. By far the best McD in area. UPDATE. Restaurant on Rte 38 in Cherry Hill has the dumbest counter clerk ever.
Doesn't matter what time of day you come here , the fries are ALWAYS cold, or they always mixed really old fries and fresh fries together like I experienced today. Every single time smh go to any other McDonald's but this one !

Wanted to order through drive through and the women at the front kept yelling through the other speaker when there was noone else trying to get food. Definitely high on the job, went to the window to say something about it and she said there was a line now so I had to wait. Horrendous service

I could give negative stars I would. Manager messed up our order and yelled at us after we said it was the wrong order. The. They made us pull forward and wait and still not getting a simple Big Mac meal and 2 mcchicken sandwiches. How hard is this? Then they throw the food at us with unwrapped food. Drive through person scratching his beard then holding the top of our cup with his dirty hand. Unacceptable service.

While waiting in the drive through staff is unprofessional and nasty . I think they think I am working for McDonald’s . The person taking the drive through order mentioned that I wasn’t ready with my code. I repeated it . They then stated that I could refuse service . Most definitely they think I work for McDonald’s.
