Had a great experience here! The food was delicious, full of flavor, and cooked perfectly. The portions were very generous, and the quality of the ingredients really stood out. Everything we ordered tasted fresh and satisfying. The hibachi experience was fun, and the overall atmosphere made the meal even better. Definitely a place worth coming back to if you’re looking for great food, great portions, and a great dining experience.

This was my second time at the eatery! The staff was extremely friendly. My food was delicious. I always observe cleanliness when dinning out and this place was very clean. The serving size was hearty. So much so, we have some left for lunch tomorrow.

For those who appreciate Japanese cuisine, Megu is a must-try - a true hidden gem in Marlton, NJ.

The sushi and sashimi are exceptional, with fish quality that rivals Nobu (and I’ve dined at multiple locations). If you love otoro, the rich, buttery belly cut of bluefin tuna, don’t miss their truffle otoro - it’s absolutely unforgettable.

Everything on the menu is excellent, but the Steven Roll - a special creation by Chef Steve, is a must-order.

If you’re not into raw fish, their hibachi is excellent.

We’ve been coming here for over 20 years, and Brenda and Steve have created something truly special, a place we keep coming back to again and again. Exceptional quality, with pricing that remains refreshingly reasonable.

Go hungry - you’ll want to try everything. A very rare find.

I’ve eaten at countless Hibachi restaurants from all over! This place has continually been my favorite place both in atmosphere and delicious tasting hibachi dishes. Always recommend this restaurant.

Also, the tempura fried ice cream is a MUST!

Let's start with the worst part.
They automatically include an 18% tip on your bill then ask for an additional tip at the end. The tip that they include is not just based on what you ordered, but they include the tax as part of that tip.
They don't give you soup and salad, just one or the other.
They no longer include noodles as part of your dinner.
Cups have been dirty.
I would search elsewhere.

We did hibachi for my birthday on a Tuesday and pretty much had the whole hibachi section to ourselves (although more people would have made it more lively). Staff was very friendly and always waiting on us. Food was excellent, especially how the steak was medium rare just like I asked and the lobster was not overcooked. Scallops and shrimp we done fairly well also, and the fried rice and noodles and veggies were par for the course. Soup and salad were also as expected. Fried ice cream (matcha) was amazing. They were very courteous and get an A+ for service, and the hibachi performance was very good too, among some of the best we have seen. The long-term 30% off deal we got really sweetened the deal. (If we had paid full price, maybe I would have docked a star, but not sure.) ,Did not get sushi this time, but in the distant past I have had it and it was very good.

I’ve been ordering from Megu for years, as they have some of the best sushi in the area. I’m not sure if something changed in the last few months, but their sushi is better than ever! Their hot and cold apps, sushi and sashimi, soups (clear!), and salads are all delicious—I’ve ordered multiple different dishes multiple times recently and have been so happy with the quality. I can’t speak for dine-in, but I HIGHLY recommend Megu for takeout or delivery.
