The servers were very nice. My friend and I were the only ones there at the moment and we were well attended to. When we ordered, we repeated our order and pointed at the menu item we wanted. Despite this, our order came out wrong. But I didn’t think much of it because things like this happen - we’re all human!
But the awkward part happened while we were waiting for the correct orders to come out. We could hear the waitress in the back very loudly yelling out our orders repeatedly and expressing that she was upset over the mishap. This continued on until we checked out.
I get things happen, but we felt a little uncomfortable hearing our waitress talking about us and our food.

Service was extremely subpar. There was a period during service where they cleared my plates and my server was nowhere to be found for 15 minutes. Other servers saw I was sitting and one came up to me at that time asking If I wanted to order additional food. After this, I waited another 10 minutes for someone to take that order. My initial server was still nowhere to be found. I ended up paying at the front register and leaving because the lack of service for me as opposed to the other guests in the restaurant. I also ordered a tempura roll that included salmon and kani. The salmon looked gelatinous. Not the level of sushi I’m used to. Will not be visiting here again.

For the most part, this restaurant is decent. Their sushi is really good. Their teriyaki salmon are little tiny bite-sizes, which is disappointing. But the most disappointing part is when you come in an hour before closing, and they won’t seat you. They need to post that they close at 8:30 and not 930!
My go to AYCE sushi. You order on a piece of paper the amount you want and they'll keep bringing it back after each round if you request it. You can also choose not to do AYCE as well. Great selection including hot foods. Quality is average to above average depending on the day, but you're not really going here for quality (really quantity, haha). It's BYOB. Can get rather busy with limited parking.

First and last visit. I walked in for lunch. Traditionally, lunch menus exist for sushi at most restaurants. I ordered 2 rolls from the all you can eat sushi menu. Later realize it comes with many other build your own style menu. That's when I wish my server had explained the options for me. The bill is $31.95 for lunch I had 12 pieces of sushi and my Koni salad was a bit spoiled (old). I needed to rush back to work and asked for a container to take home the only morsals I ordered from the kitchen. I am told NO. I would need to pay $7 for a to go container. After waiting for a few minutes for the owner to approve the to go container, I decided my appetite was lost. Terrible experience, zero service, no care at all. First and last visit.

Don't judge a book by its cover, Mr. Sushi is a great AYCE Japanese restaurant at a great value. They serve tasty Japanese cuisine with a wide range of flavors. It’s also BYOB. Mr. Sushi is another restaurant that my fiancé introduced me to when we first started to date and is now one of our favorite AYCE Japanese restaurants.

Have been going here for months but this time I got food poisoning. There were sushi rolls on our plate we did not order and we were missing ones that we did. The crab salad smelled and tasted fishy. After throwing up for two days straight I called and they hung up on me. They refused to talk to me once I brought up how sick I got. Would not recommend coming here after this occurrence.
