I ordered curbside pick up on sunday and my total was 54.67. I get a bank email alert this morning saying my olive garden balance was updated to 67.24! That's 24% more. I did NOT add a tip for curbside so I'm not sure why my purchase total was updated $13.I called and spoke to dawn. She said she will process a refund and apologized on the behalf of the "to go specialist" and says they deal with situations like this in house. I asked for the specialist name and she offered me a $30 gift card instead and also said that the tip was added prior to closing out the tab, pretty much saying I added the tip when I placed my order. I showed her proof that that was not that case because I received a transaction email with 54 dollars sunday and another this morning with the updated amount. If I tipped 24% the total transaction email would have been 67 automatically. Normally the only time the amount is updated is when you sit and eat and you add the tip on the receipt. It seems to me as if this happens often considering. Ide advise everyone to pay attention to your receipt

Fabulous place to eat everything i had was so delicious and tasty ?? also the staff so nice and respectful, the restaurant has been there for over 20yrs its a good place then and its a fabulous place now thxvm guys ??
Our spanish host excellent this time, but she didn't know anything about the kids food bundle. I know their other host but they are mostly rude and irritating. They don't want to give any leverage to customers. My experience from the last 5 visits are 2/5.

I’ve always had a great experience here! We don’t come here often, but when we do, we’re craving the salad and breadsticks more than anything! Needless to say, this place hits the spot each time!! I got the eggplant parm with angel hair pasta and I substituted the marinara sauce with the creamy mushroom sauce! That’s typically what I like to get and it’s awesome! The service was amazing. Our server was very prompt to get our refills and boxes when needed. He was polite and patient when we ordering! I would highly recommend coming here!Vegetarian options: I have vegetarian family and they love the eggplant parm. I’m not vegetarian and often get it too. There’s other items that are meatless too (salad and breadsticks lol)!Parking: Free, open parking lot. No issues with parking.Kid-friendliness: There’s a kids menu so there’s something for everyone!

I came through for some salmon, pasta, and salad. 3 drinks and 1.5 hrs later, as I was about to vacate the premises, the entree finally arrived. The food was on point, and the waitress was very apologetic (It wasn't her fault). I guess it was just one of those days!! I would still go back!!
