I'm new to Cherry Hill, and recently moved to the area from New York two weeks ago. This is the first Chinese place I went to, and I thouroughly enjoyed the experience. The general tso chicken is very good, and just the right amount of spice for me. The chicken noodle soup also helped me tremendously when I was feeling under the weather. Overall, the ambience of the store is very soothing, and the family that runs it is very welcoming and helpful. 10/10 recommend, I will definitely be coming back for more!

Garlic spicy chicken was ordered and what was received was a brown sauce that wasn't garlicky or Spicy, very tasteless. Ordered Chicken with broccoli and the sauce on it was tasteless, the chicken was bad cuts of chicken-some hard, some rubbery just the worst I have ever had. The pork fried rice was very dry and had very scarcely pieces of tiny pork- we ate inside and had to ask for napkins and they gave us 4 tiny ones- we just had to laugh what else can you do. I will say the egg roll was the star of the show here. You can't go wrong with the egg roll it was freshly cooked and fantastic but that is it

Have ordered from here via DoorDash in the past and the food is delicious. Ordered tonight, after an hour I called the restaurant to check on my food and they told me they don’t deliver to my radius and after i expressed confusion they told me i “never have”. Very bad customer service and no communication.

This is my first time eating here. I got the lunch special general tso Chicken with the white rice platter and egg drop soup. The restaurant itself could use a little bit of an upgrade. It does look a little bit run down, however when I got the food it tasted pretty good. The wait time wasn't that long. It took about a total of 15 minutes for my food to be finished. You can't beat that deal. I only pay $14 and some change because having this soup add-on was only $0.92 extra. As I was sitting in the restaurant eating my food, I noticed that a lot of customer who came in there who made the online order definitely did not do the order properly and got mad at the store and we just leave abruptly without paying. And I don't know why people say the food isn't good or a taste. Not fresh but my general tso chicken was delicious and and flavorful. However, I did ask for extra spicy on my food but it tastes pretty mild. Slightly pretty spicy but nothing to be special about. However, the rice was delicious. The food overall was really good and definitely I would go back. I think people should start ordering in person instead of online because I'm not sure if their system is that up to date because it took them awhile to get someone else's order while I was waiting there. Long story short, don't judge give the restaurant by its cover. Yeah definitely give it a shot and try out their food.

Panda Pavilion is Cherry Hill is very good. Food is always fresh and the young sweet girl who works there is awesome! She is very welcoming and kind. Anyone who wants good food needs to try this place out. General Tso and boneless spare ribs are to die for!

Had a bad experience years ago, but decided to try them again. It was good at first so I was getting it about once a week. All of a sudden one order they gave me the most rancid meat. Never will order again.

Hidden gem right under my nose. Thanks for a Facebook post. The sister brother and I guess mom At the store suggested some amazing option. My personal favorite is the dragon phoenix I think the name. Shrimp and chicken general tso with much more flavorful kick. The Facebook post that draw my attention was pan fried wonton in general Tso sauce. Chefs kiss. Food was ready fast!

My second visit for take out at The Panda Pavillion, food is good. Service stinks from that little lady in there (owner maybe) just nasty for no apparent reason at all. I asked for a hot sauce and she jumped all over me and said she gave me 1 that I have to pay for the 2nd one which I agree, I hand her my card and she barked at me and said I have to pay cash which I dont walk around with but since I got 2 meals I should have 2 hot sauce but she is ok with a customer leaving unsatisfied rather than making an exception. She is a mean little person, it all happened unexpected after I asked her for the hot sauce. To all my friends in Naples who go there please dont support her.

I have ordered plenty of times from here because it's local. Ordered tonight and one dish was wrong so I called and the Manager wanted to argue with me. The General Tso chicken was not spicy like I had listed my preference to be. If I can feed it to a 2yr old? It's not spicy whatsoever but she was more concerned about being right so no more for me. Too many chinese restaurants to deal with bad customer service

Ordered online and realized I missed an item. I called the restaurant to add on. The gentleman on the phone couldn’t help me…and said a manger would call me back. I did not receive a call so called back 4 times and was hung up on. I guess they recognized the number

Bland. Bland. Bland. No taste. No flavor. Not exactly the freshest in the neighborhood. Do yourself a favor and try King House in Maple Shade. Not that far away. Compare Won Ton Soup and Hunan Chicken with Pork Fried Rice. Just see the difference.
