ANISE Viet Cuisine offers excellent service, delicious and authentically prepared food at reasonable prices. The Vietnamese carpaccio ceviche and steamed ginger fish are highly recommended. The staff, especially Brian, provides top-notch service with detailed explanations. The restaurant has a cozy atmosphere with quick service. The chicken satay is a must-try, while the pho with filet is a generous portion, although some may prefer a thinner cut of beef in the dish.
