Friendly staff and love the pretzels 🥨 ❤️

Shout out to the employees at this location. Our cousin lost(left) her wallet at the store this past Saturday. Obviously with the weather the store was closed but with myself and her contacting the store she was able to get her wallet back. Everything including the cash was still in it. Goes to show you that there are still good honest people still out there. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!

I have been a Fan of Philly Pretzel Factory for a long time now!
Every time I go to this location I get the best pretzels!!
They are hot and fresh! I am greeted by the staff the minute I walk in.
Compared to some other locations, these are better!!
If you are craving a fresh soft pretzel…. This is your place!!
