Ive always been a Cane’s fan; however, this might be the best meal & experience I’ve had. The staff is incredibly welcoming and friendly. It’s busy but not overwhelming, upbeat, and the chicken slaps.
We were greeted when we came into this location. The employee with long red hair that was working the counter was very friendly and welcoming. They asked about our order as we placed one online and also offered an extra drink. They gave the status of our order without us asking and brought the order to our table individually. Great location, great employee, great service. Nice to see that solid customer service still exists! Kudos to you and your employees.
Food was fresh and hot while the service was quick. This is why you go to Raising Canes. However, we felt like we were in a dance club. Music was loud to the point where an across the table conversation couldn't be achieved easily without raised voices. This is unique to this location as I have been to other Raising Cane's in Arizona without this issue.
