Nice hotel, lots of parking for the bus. No complementary breakfast and the restaurant was a little pricy. Shopping center right across the road to eat out or shop.

Meeting room was nice, though it got a little warm. They were able to accommodate us with very short notice.
Rooms: The bathroom floor was a bit dirty and looked like it hadn't been swept or cleaned properly. Everything else in the room was clean.
Excellent property, a little overkill on the security access, but understandable in these times. Otherwise a great stay!

Booked to stay for a weekend - the hotels hot water system went out the first day and remained out the entire weekend so we had freezing cold showers . Wouldn’t recommend

No hot water for two days!!!!!! This is outrageous!!!!
Great! Under renovation but the rooms are really nicely upgraded! Have some issues with the water pressure and motion lights everywhere are too much. Overall super nice place and would stay again!

Didn’t receive my deposit back from stay. I booked first night trough booking.com and second night through the actual hotel. I received my deposit back from the booking .com reservation but the hotel has never sent me my money back from second night. Used the same card for both nights one came instantly and they giving me the run around about my other deposit. I’m not complaining about the money but will not be staying here again.

Dana, the front desk employee, made my November stay at HolIday Inn an extraordinary experience.
My train arrived early so I hoped for an early check-in. Dana painstakingly kept an eye out for a room that could accommodate my needs. This was no easy task as the hotel was fully booked. I appreciated that she neither lost patience nor requested that I adjust to a potentially uncomfortable room.
Dana also always wore a smile. I struggled a bit with the laundry system and she - again - smiled and went over and above her job to help me with my laundry.
An employee such as Dana is a rarity. She is a wonderful representative for your hotel. Holiday Inn, I hope you hold on tight to her.
Dana deserves a major shoutout!
