About Red Lobster

Red Lobster is a big chain restaurant with great food and amazing service. The lobster and scallops were seasoned well, and the Brussels sprouts were crispy and tasty. The biscuits are a must-have. The parking lot is bright at night. However, the French fries were not good. On the downside, the cocktail shrimp was frozen and served in a dirty dish, while the scallops were overcooked. Despite the nice server, the long wait times for food and the check were disappointing. Overall, the experience was a mix of highs and lows, making it clear why the restaurant may be struggling.
