So delicious I got curry chicken that had hints of cinnamon and also reminded me of chicken noodle soup with the Filipino style Noodles. The best food I've had in a long time and I'm a super picky eater

Such an unpleasant experience. Staff, especially the one waitress who wears glasses and worked 4/24 at night, was extremely rude here. We came in, didn’t get greeted. Just looked at us up and down and just pointed to our table. No words came out her mouth.

However, with the “Americas” / “white” guests, it seems like they were more catering to them, showing them more attention and smiling and laughing at them… when it came to me and my group of friends, that energy was NOT matched. We felt very uncomfortable and extremely unwelcome. It was awkward…

Lots of our coworkers and Filipino friends come here to eat. Our group of friends who came to eat here are Filipino / Viet. And we just love supporting small Asian businesses.

We came here for the “boodle fight” / kamayan because we heard of great things!
Mind you, we booked this days in advance.

There was no explanation of what it is, what to do, what was on the table… she mentioned drinks included and when I asked what one of them was, there was straight attitude and no explanation.

When it came to desserts, didn’t even bring out utensils for us.

Initially, We also wanted a 6:30pm reservation because we saw they closed at 8pm. They told us it had to be 6pm because they close at 7:30. Tbh, no big deal for us! But we saw guests coming and being sat down AFTER 7:30PM… we were just so confused.

Honestly, the food was actually not bad.

Overall, just not the experience we expected. It is sad bc we were really excited to come here but the staff made us not feel welcome from the start.

Won’t be coming back here.

Reyta’s Filipino Cuisine is a vibrant and inviting casual restaurant that proudly showcases the rich culinary heritage of the Philippines. The menu features an array of traditional Filipino dishes, each prepared with authentic ingredients and recipes.

One of the standout offerings is the grilled to perfection, delivering a smoky flavor that pairs beautifully with a side of rice. Another highlight is the pancit, a beloved noodle dish that varies by region, usually featuring a delightful combination of vegetables, meats, and savory sauces that embody the essence of Filipino comfort food.

For those with a penchant for indulgence, Reyta’s sizzling pork belly is a must-try. Served on a hot plate (literally sizzling), the pork belly is incredibly tender and crispy, topped with onions and served with a side of dipping sauce, making it a favorite 9”of mine.

The restaurant's casual atmosphere is perfect for family gatherings, casual dates (I went with my husband on a date night), or simply enjoying a hearty meal with friends. Reyta’s Filipino Cuisine offers not just a meal, but a delightful experience that is sure to leave you with a satisfied palate and a desire to return for more.

First timers
We now found a forever place to get Filipino food
We live in DE and it’s hard to find close to none
So we don’t mind traveling to get food this is only an hour and a half away from us and we made a weekend trip out of it

We end up getting their meat platter, hands down the best
