Great Italian ice HOWEVER, customer service was terrible. Both workers were talking on the phone (speaker phone) - had to interrupt their conversation multiple times and repeat myself. Will not be back to this location.

I love this Rita’s location! They always provide fast and friendly service along with delicious flavors of water ice. I recommend the sugar-free dragonfruit water ice, it is amazing. My family loves their ice-cream and chocolate chip cookie sandwiches, as well as.
