Some of these people really need to give their staff a break. It’s clear to see they are overwhelmed. Still everything I got was delicious and I’ve been to Roy‘s back in the day when I was a kid. We used to have one in the town I grew up in. Chicken, biscuits, roast beef sandwich, and coleslaw. All was very good. Took 30 minutes from the time I arrived to the time I left, but again consider that this place is still new and being bombarded with customers. Service was good and so was the food.

Parking lot is big but only one narrow entry/exit point...quite dangerous.

Just as I remember. Food was amazing!

I went opening day and was disappointed. My roast beef was dry. I went back today and it was great!!! Glad they worked out the kinks. I'll be back

So far, everything was good. I ordered breakfast one day and had a hamburger the next. The only thing I can suggest somehow make the burgers that are going through the drive-through add some stuff to it like lettuce, tomato onions when you go through the drive-through, you’re missing out on it fixing bar and that makes the burger sometimes not very good if you take it home and eat it ?

Unfortunately, if you want to go inside to eat, you'll still need to wait in the drive through line for a bit before you can park. The restaurant is clean, the staff are pleasant, and the food was good. The Double R Bar burger was a bit flavorless, but I didn't add anything from the Fixins Bar. The roast beef sandwich and fries were the highlight of the food.

Haven't had a Roy Roger this close to Philly in a long time chicken still great. Not the ol school we grew up on. But its still good different pace from Popeyes. Side are a 5 at best warning gravy has pork in it for those of who don't eat pork. But overall I will b going back wish it was next to cherry hill mall.

Ok, so obviously this location just opened, but there was still a massive line to get into the drive-thru and an even longer line to order your food, then wait for your food to be prepared inside.

I waited like 30mins-1 hour in line to order, then another hour to actually get my food, that was the longest I’ve ever waited for fast food.

The workers making the food were very efficient, but the workers try to prep all the order to hand to the customers were very very slow. They kept checking the receipt over and over again to look for what is on the order, and what I got, they messed up the burger order, so they didn’t even get it 100% correct.

Also the chicken was very dry, and kind of over cooked, not like other Roy Rogers locations I’ve been to, everything else was fine like the mashed potatoes, Cole Slaw, and even the Fixen Bar was actually pretty good.

But safe to say I won’t be back at the Cherry Hill location until maybe it completely slows down that I won’t be waiting 2 hours for food, I’ll just go to the Brick location until then.

1 hour wait to taste the WORLD'S SALTY Chicken.
The roast beef was so dry had to dip in gravy
Gravy spicy and salty too
Fries and onion rings was not edible.

Like I said all that wait to be highly disappointed

It takes a lot to work at a new business in its first few weeks, but this team really stayed calm despite insane demand and were very professional. The wait was long but it's because it's new. It was good meal and once the chaos dies down I'll be back

Drove out of my way just now to be told at 10:30 pm that they’re closed while there 15 cars in the drive thru. I’m cool, not gonna waste my time to go back and try a piece of something that’s been history a long time

Great place to be with my family. The food and service are great. Get the combo meals. Chicken is good for the price you pay.

We were so excited to eat at Roy Roger’s on yesterday after church. We waited in the drive thru line for about an hour and 45 minutes, as expected, that wasn’t are issue . The Drive Thru ladies were very polite. But the food was horrible!!!!
We ordered two meals white meat, breast and wing.
We got one box with two thighs and a biscuit and the other box a thigh and a wing and biscuit. It was dry and hard. The side of large Fries were dry also.
It was a horrible experience.
Food is really expensive to just throw money away.
