Manager was super rude when I requested an employee discount since I work at Saladworks myself, than when I asked for my mall discount since I work in the mall as well she said no. Poor service, if I could give zero stars I would. Awful customer service, if you could avoid coming please do at all costs.

BUG FOUND IN SALAD!!! I went here today (5/21/25) with my friends, we had all gotten salads, my one friend had gotten a Caesar salad. After about 5-10 minutes of eating she went to get another bite and saw a beetle in the salad!!! A beetle. It wasnt dead, it was crawling around in her salad. Absolutely disgusting. The two lady’s working there were also extremely rude.

Normally we go to saladworks by our house and have never had a problem before ever, today we went here to the Cherry Hill Mall expecting the same, they barely put any toppings in our salad it was super bare minimum unlike the other one we go to so I was already annoyed, then my boyfriend started to eat his before mine and right away a bug crawled out from the bottom. Absolutely disgusting that stuff should be checked before anyone eats the food. Not sure how long that stuff sits but we will never go back there again and now are skeptical about saladworks in general because of this event. Check your food before you eat! I would rate 0 stars if I could.

I rarely give negative reviews, but unfortunately the Saladworks location inside the Cherry Hill Mall has consistently failed to meet my expectations for SEVERAL years. Today, the salad I purchased, which was slightly over $14, was not fresh. This is not the 1st time I’ve gotten bad salads from this location. I barely ate it and threw it out. On other days, when I’ve ordered delivery, I’ve gotten half of the portion size I was owed. Services on most days is subpar. However, today, I will note that the staff was very kind. If you’d like Saladworks, I highly recommend the Collingswood location or the one on Rte 70 in Cherry Hill. I’ve never been disappointed with them. I’m absolutely done with this Saladworks location for good.
