Been going to the stretch zone for about a year now and at the age of 60+ it been a welcomed experience! I feel better and my muscles are getting the strength that they need. Ciara Johnson has been excellent!
I think Stretch Zone is a fantastic way to start the journey back to fitness after a period of inactivity or just wanting to feel better. I am so happy that I have started this journey with Stretch Zone. Their therapists are amazing and focused on my individual challenges.
I had such an amazing stretch provided by Hunter! He was extremely knowledgeable and talked me through the whole process so I would know what to expect. I told him where I experience most of my discomfort throughout my day and he was able to target those exact muscles. I left feeling completely refreshed!
