I went to the spot dessert bar in Cherry Hill. The first time I went it was a young lady working and she was so nice and pleasant. My desserts were perfect!!! That was a few months ago.

I went yesterday For The second time. The dessert was not bad. It was the customer service. A young man was working this time. He was unpleasant. He was not nice, he did not smile, and when I would ask him for something he barely wanted to respond or get it. I asked him for plastic utensils and he slammed down the metal utensils as if I was getting on his nerves. He did not have a pleasant aura. Which is not good for customer service.

I was with my mom and my daughter. My daughter is 9months old we got 3 desserts and no drink. The bill came up to $47.82. I did not leave a tip because the bill was high for it to be two cookies with ice cream on top and 1 French toast with ice cream which is not really a problem, but the waiter was rude.
It was no real issues. I’m just not going to reward rudeness.
However, My daughter had on Burberry shoes which were $300. Before we left I put the shoes on my daughter. When we left out the store she kicked one of her shoes off. When we got back to Philly is when we noticed one of her shoes were gone. I called the store and asked if he could see if the shoe was outside because we parked directly in front of the store. He pretended to go outside and look but I believe that he did not look. I called back and told him that I would come look myself. When I got all the way back to jersey from Philly I found the shoe directly in front of the door of the store. The shoe was so close to the door that if you open the door you’ll probably hit the shoe with the tip of the door. Meaning he never went outside and looked, This is not cool! I said to him that the shoe was found outside in front of the door he looked at me and said I just went out and looked directly into the parking lot. Little do he know if he would have looked for the shoe I would have gave him a tip for that because I reward good deeds.

I don’t usually leave reviews but this behavior was insane and unjustifiable!!

I love going to this place and eating my favorite dessert, but the best of all is being served by the employee named Era, she is wonderful, very polite, kind, cordial, very attentive.
Thank you for the impeccable service Era! 🩷

I had the Thai tea float and the lava cake with green tea ice cream and OMG let me tell you. The Thai tea float was so delicious!! It had Thai tea with vanilla ice cream and whip cream. It's so creamy and so delicious!! It was a perfect balance and it wasn't sweet at all, it was perfect to drink. The lava cake with green tea ice cream was so freaking tasty!!! It definitely balanced out when I ate the ice cream with the lava cake. If you eat the lava cake by itself it can be really sweet but that's why the ice cream balances it out. The green tea was definitely creamy and milky and so fresh. Definitely my favorite green tea ice cream by far. Both the Thai tea float and green tea lava cake was really good. I would definitely recommend if you go there for the first time. You won't be disappointed. The atmosphere was very nice, quiet, and chill.

All the desserts are high quality and there are options to try multiple ones which are perfect for a group. There are also seasonal options which are worth coming back for. There are plenty of drink options including coffees and refreshers

The matcha lava …is absolutely amazing! I initially went in for cookies bc my husband wanted cookies, and I came out with all 4 flavors. They are good (some really unique flavors including one that was miso), but extremely heavy to the point of being brownie like. The lava cake tho…we devoured in 5 minutes. I highly recommend this and also rec you eat in. It’s made to order so incredibly fresh. I ran 2 errands after grabbing this and the lava was still flowing and ice cream still solid when I got home! It’s also a nice looking space. Idk why I never went in until now. Will return!

Great place for the desserts. The combinations are superb - whoever came up with the combinations for each of the specialty desserts definitely knows their taste and balance between flavors. Been here a few times, and have taken friends and family as well. A little pricey, but they do have the sweet deals which are so worth it. The summer dessert and drinks are so light and refreshing- perfect for this heat! Highly recommend.

I would like to start off with saying how we had a horrible experience. I do not recommend coming here, the worker was very rude, she didn’t smile at all either. The worst was when one of our friends was not feeling good and the worker didn’t care one bit and just stared without asking if she was okay or even offering water, she also got mad at us for taking napkins, even though our friend was throwing up, what kind of service is this. i’m very dissatisfied and disappointed with everything about this place. There are also not that many options on what to get, the place is literally vacant, and the worker refused to let us sit even though our moms ordered. You also can’t bring any outside foods or drinks to even talk to you mother unless u want to get stared at and be asked to leave, like hello. Spot u owe me my friends and our mothers an apology, we will never come here again, I just can’t believe people like this exist, being rude and careless when all we wanted to do was have a good time, which then turned into the worst experience ever.
