I go here all the time through the drive thru. Today an employee Kayla who usually does not work at this store was beyond rude, unprofessional and if it were not for the other nice employees I would have left. Kayla, no need to roll your eyes and make comments when you do not understand a drink order. You were recorded .
My job requires me to travel alI around Nj. This is by far the best one I have been to. The manager and his crew are fast, friendly and i have never had to worry about my drink; they are always perfect. These guys do a great job!
This is the best Starbucks I’ve ever been to. The guy that helped me this morning was an absolute gem! I think he’s a manager. Has arm tattoos, really really nice dude. He complimented my hoodie and just brightened my day. The people here were just super friendly and the whole atmosphere inside was positive and welcoming.
