The experience was fun. Was overcharged for the Mac and cheese pops. The menu online and in restaurant says $17, was charged $21. And the website shows four pops and we only got three. Didn't realize until after we left. I think some of the food is way overpriced for what you are getting. Service was great though, food was hot when served.
Shout out to Payton and Troy! They both made our anniversary dinner (June 20th) special by being attentive to me and my family as we stumbled across the sugar factory near closing time! They were both patient kind and informative! Thank you! From your Hershey PA customers
The service is always top tier! Staff friendly, food good every time, and a clean restaurant. Would recommend to anyone looking for a spot to celebrate a special occasion with great food!
