This review is only for Pad Thai. This is the worst Beef Pad Thai I have ever tried. I normally do not say bad things about food, but this Beef Pad Thai I just ordered needed some love.

There is not a more satisfying mall food court pad thai than the dish my partner and I order from Thai Max. We've tried their pad thai, egg rolls, coconut shrimp, mixed vegetables, spicy chicken, bbq chicken, and fried banana and it's all been fresh, hot, and delicious.
Is it the same Thai food that one could expect from a standalone restaurant? Absolutely not!
But if there's a craving for cheap, fast, fresh, and hot Thai food... Thai Max will satisfy.
Portion sizes are absolutely huge. The pad thai is always made fresh on the wok while we wait.
We've been to Thai Max at various times of the year - the busy Christmas season, a slow Monday morning in the springtime - and regardless of the level of traffic at the mall, Thai Max is solidly consistent.

Tried bang bang shrimp which was fried shrimps covered in a sweet sauce with noodles, it tasted okay - nothing special. Thai sweet tea was not my fav, wish I’d gotten plain lemonade instead.

Service was good, but the food is not. Had it twice thinking maybe it was just the first time, but sadly no. Both the noodle and the rice taste old and hard in places. The. Gamble is swimming in an oil/sauce mix of some sort that I didn’t find appealing. Everything tastes like very old or very cheap ingredients. Love that they have veggie options, but it’s a miss on the quality.

Service poor feb5' 2025 i placed 3 orders for 9.99 and was charged $6 extra good thing i was paying attention..they tried to say they charged me $1.99 extra for meat i didnt ask for then proceeded to put extra meat back ....very rude...and lastweek the head lady tlked over food n spit flew in....HORRIBLE SERVICE DONT CARE ABOUT TGEIR CUSTOMERS

Cause they’re so cheap they tried to just throw another kind of chicken on top of what I didn’t order..so that’s the reason for my one star..their food is pretty good but because the service from the lady in the photo is so awful I’m over this place.
Ordered wings and a Thai dish. The lady at the register put my wings in a bag and then took my money with the same gloves and continued to served the rest of customers in the line not removing her gloves. How disgusting. Then so I was told to wait for my Thai dish that took them 20 mins or so to prepare. The guy touched his face hair and nose and winked at us while making the food. He touched everything with his bare hands after. I got home the food looked unflavored as well. With their unsanitary habits I was willing to trash it. I was scared to feed it to my toddler son. I will not return.

This place was disgusting- a belly button and something else inedible in Thai roll and slimy bang bang shrimp, not to mention sauce spilled all over the bag. Upon telling them they basically laughed and did nothing.
