“Best coffee in the city -- truly perfect every time! It is a tiny space so unless you time it right you probably won't be able to sit. Not a good study/hangout location but great for a coffee on the go. Truly cannot recommend it enough! All the coffee snobs I know adore this place!“
“I just moved here from NC last weekend, and everywhere that I have been, people have been rude! I came here to get ice cream the other day it was warm outside. The Hispanic lady that I encountered was no nice, customer service was just amazing!!!! I just wanted to hug her lol because it definitely gave me hope that I won’t encounter rude people everywhere I go in Philly. The ice cream was delicious as well. Thank you!!“
“Love this place! Their grilled cheese and coffees are amazing & the special coffee flavors are always interesting & delicious. Definitely coming back to try the waffles! Pictured costs $11. Might have to sit outside or share a seat depending.“
“The service is alright, and the ambiance is niceI love the Iced Chocolate Hazelnut LatteParking: Free street parking is available in front of and across the street from Trouble Brewing Coffee House, and it looked like there was a small parking lot behind the coffee shop“
“Fast service, delicious breakfast food, and kind staff. Just a lovely place overall. It’s located inside a hip, open-concept food court. The bacon, egg, and cheese was crafted with a lot of attention. The cheese is folded into the egg and the bacon is crispy without being burned.“
“First time coming here during my lunch and the food and drink was fantastic. I got the tuna club sandwich (presentation was great- cut into 1/4ths) and got a peach lemonade which was the perfect amount of sweet. I came during a rush so the food came out a bit slow but that's to be expected.Highly recommend trying this new cafe, short distance walk from City Hall and Waterfront attractions (Freedom Mortgage Pavilion, Adventure Aquarium, etc.)“
“Had an 1130 brunch reservation for four. The place was packed. My dad & I arrived abt 10 mins earlier then the other two in our party. We went to check in and was told if we were seated now there's a 90 min seating limit and basically it would start the clock. No problem we sat and ordered two drinks a coffee and oj. Our other two in our party arrived and we all placed our orders. Our waitress was new she told us it was her first day. I forget her name but she did a great job. We ordered a brunchaholic meal, the sgg , 2 lamb lollipop with grits, a side of wings. Everything was seasoned to perfection. The French toast was delicious as I was cutting it for my dad and sneaking a few pieces for myself. I ordered the Sgg (Shrimp grits gumbo) the grits were creamy and gumbo gravy had a little spice or kick to it, it also came with two pieces of catfish. The wings were cooked crisped and well seasoned very good. The lamb chops looked delicious but I didn't have those. My only issue was the coffee was weak and flavor less. Could be cause I drink it daily so I'm used to having what I like. All in all I'd definitely return to try some other options !! We had a good pre Easter Brunch!“
