Pizza slice was good. Could have been crispier. Came out real quick. Soup and salad took a bit. Seems like more of a takeout place. Pasta Fagioli was ok. A little thin. Calamari salad was ok.
Really solid pizza here. Wouldn’t really consider it thin crust in my opinion. Person who answers the phone and ringing up needs to calm down. I could barley understand him speaking and it wasn’t even busy.
Really great slice. I started visiting Chester 25 years ago as a young kid. The thinner than average crust at Bella's stood out to me even then, but still feels true to NJ Style pizza which I strictly classify and golden brown and crispy crust/bottom which achieves those wonderful golden brown micro bubbles. I'm normally skeptical of pizza joints which use a mesh tray to cook, however this place is quite the exception. The mesh tray might be their secret to that really...
