Food, service and atmosphere are always great! I don’t understand people who don’t like something and they come here leaving a bad review. You’re clearly trying to hurt small business owners and workers. Many of those people complain about waiting 1 hr to get the food. Of course you’re gonna wait, this is a dine-in restaurant, not a fast food place. If you wanna be served immediately, just walk to wendys. Restaurants have 250 costumers and only 1-2 or 3 chefs in the kitchen. You’re not more important than the rest of costumers there. Just relax and enjoy your time out. You don’t go into a restaurant to watch which waiter has an attitude. I used to be a waiter for years, and i know that those poeple serving you, are not robots, they all have their days. Stop spilling hate for a bus buy/girl who just started working and doesn’t remember you “deserve” a 5 star service. I never ever had an issue in Benitos, but even if i did, i would never come here and try to hurt them. They throw 12 hours a day, 6 days a week of work to make a living and pay the bills. If you don’t like something, just don’t go back, there’s plenty of restaurant in the area.
Btw in my opinion Benitos Trattoria is the most welcoming place so far, with great food and relaxing atmosphere. Keep doing the great job guys ??

Food and dessert were delicious. Service was on the slow side.my biggest disappointment was that no one looked happy that was working there or over anxious to give you a terrific customer experience. I will probably give it one more try.
A touch of Europe in NJ , as usual the food and service is outstanding . The owner visited every table to ensure that everything was up to his standards.

I made a reservation for dinner to take a friend for her birthday. After arriving we were surprisingly told we had to sit outside because there was a private birthday party being held inside. I was quite annoyed as I was not told this when making the reservation. They kept insisting how beautiful the weather was outside which was beside the point. They finally seated us inside as there was definitely room and empty tables away from the party. Another family arrived and also sat near us without an issue. They should have seated us immediately without continuing to encourage us to dine outside. Let me add that when we left it was pouring out. Will I return? I doubt it. I had also mentioned that it was my friends birthday. You would think they might have put a candle in her dessert as most restaurants do. I also prefer when restaurants bring a container to the table so you can pack what you didn’t finish rather than the server packing it in the kitchen which they did.

A decent long time Chester favorite off the main street. We haven't been there in a very long time. Family run with excellent service. Atmosphere is good, nicely lit but a little loud when it's full, which it typically is so make reservations. Food is excellent, some dishes are just okay at least to my taste. I wouldn't recommend the Cesar salad, the dressing was a bit too sweet. Mussels app wasn't a favorite either but I liked my entree, Pollo alla Griglia, had lots of flavor. Dessert cart is also excellent. BYOB is also a plus.
Found Hair in my entrees on both of my visits, and it was not mine. Gross.

Hello, After a day of apple picking, we stopped here for dinner. I had chicken, my son had chicken parmesan, and my husband had the veal. My son had tortellini in brodo and pasta with bean soup. It was all delicious. We will be back.
