My server said her name was Ava when I had asked. I came in around. 5:40 today, and to say it was extremely busy, is an understatement. It was clear that the atmosphere was stressful, but Ava had kept her composure. As I watched her coworkers scramble, Ava had taken most of the orders from said coworkers and turned a lot of bad experiences, into great ones. I had watched her jump from order to order, position to position, from cashier to mobile orders, to back to cashier, to taking in store orders. It seemed like she was the only one who knew what she was doing. She was communicative, welcoming, and passionate about her job. Give her a raise!

Food is great. Service is bare minimum. I walked in at 4 pm today and the first question was “what do you want?” With a condescending tone, as if you were inconveniencing them by not ordering online. Lesson learned for next time, I guess.

Ordered to go- Rice was hard in all of our meals. My son’s quesadilla wasn’t even made, there was just an empty tortilla shell with chicken on the side, no queso in the bowls we got. Avoid this spot.

Place made me absolutely ill within 3 hours. I should have not even taken the bowl after the metal tray it was served on. The tray smelled like it had been through a dog kennel. This is my second time at this place and what a marked departure from the way it was before. This is absolutely disgusting. Excuse me, getting back to retching.

Before I even placed my order. I had asked if there was any salad dressing. Because I didn't see any in the area that they are usually in. One of the staff members ensured me that they were salad dressing in a different area. Being that she told me that there was salad dressing. I proceeded to place my order for a salad. Once I got to check out, I know I was never given the salad dressing, so I asked the cashier for the salad dressing. The cashier goes to look where there's normally salad dressing, and there isn't any so then she went to go look in the other area and there was also no salad dressing there. There was no salad dressing in wherever they might keep the spare dressing. I informed her that the other employee told me that there was salad dressing. I wouldn't have even placed my order to begin with, if you had just told me there's no salad dressing and the staff just stood there and looked at me and asked me if I wanted salsa, which was already on my salad. The portions weren't great either. I'm a chipotle fan so I like the food but this spot continues to disappoint me. I guess i'm going to have to stop liking chipotle so much

I know reviewing Chipotle is silly, but this place is really bad. Dirty, messy, and sometimes inedible food. We ordered once via the Chipotle app, and the food was inedible- inedible rice, something that should not be served. Pretty insane. Giving 2 stars instead of 1 because I have ordered in person a couple times, and it was not horrible, and an employee was nice.
Portions drastically smaller than any other chipotle, beans often undercooked and hard. Soda fountain spews out your drink mixed with some sort of black substance

The Guac was brown. The food in the front line is always empty. Tables are often dirty. Quality of the food truly isn’t bad when they have it but it always looks like they are almost out of the stuff.

Saw the ratings figured it wouldn't be that bad I seldom write negative reviews ever the portions are very tiny even on rice and beans . They just need to do better on portions I would go elsewhere for lunch

My son rode his bike to this location and was $.52cents short while trying to purchase a bowl. They would not let him have the bowl and turned him away. Really for $.52 you people are a joke.
