The older lady with glasses served me, and she gave me what was basically 2 grains of rice, a singular piece of chicken, and when I asked for beans, I got only bean water. She also stopped serving me halfway through to awkwardly tease her coworkers before rushing me through the counter. The food quality was also really lacking compared to usual.

I recommend you find a better place to get food. This place is not worth 12$ for a half filled bowl

The absolute worst location and possibly chain restaurant. Order not ready on time, can’t redeem rewards because “the app sucks” (said employee and can’t help) and then when I got home the TWO bowls I ordered were COMPLETELY WRONG - even with my printed label of what I wanted slapped on top. The manager there today, Erin, is useless and given the title manager but has no more ability than someone who cleans the bathroom. I don’t know why we bother. It’s been months since going - but definitely too soon.

I will never return. Awful store and customer service.

This has got to be the literal worst Chipotle in America. The staff is incredibly rude, the food is almost inedible, and the restaurant is absolutely filthy. I did express concerns to a manager, but I doubt very much anything will change.

Tiny ass portions, barely gave me anything in my bowl, had no guacamole and no tortillas how do you not have tortillas at a chipotle, food was cold and this whole experience was just terrible will never be coming to this chipotle in Chester again would recommend going to one in a different area!

I think Chipotle as a brand, lost its way.
I don't blame workers, but corporate/franchisee.
Sunday evening and the place is empty.
Five guys next door, the same thing.
Ordered burrito and chips and queso - for almost $20 (no drink included) you get one scoop or rice, one scoop of barbacoa beef, sprinkling of cheese and some corn...
Personally, I think chips could be complimentary - $5 for some chips and small cup of cheese dip...?
Drink fountains we're empty.
Would I come back?
Probably not if you look at the amount of food that you get and price you pay....

Honestly the worst chipotle I’ve been too. Too bad I live near this one… there is 5 people working and I’ve been here for 10 mins and no one has taken an order… the service is terrible and this is not acceptable.

I can see why this location has such horrible reviews. I will go further out of my way to visit a different one most times. Probably half the time I order guac, they forget to put it on. Last time I ate there the food made me incredibly sick. Borderline food poisoning. The person that ate with me who got almost the same order felt equally as bad.

Please advertise when you are out of major ingredients and don't plan on making more even though you'll be open for several more hours.
Would save ppl a lot of time and frustration.

ABSOLUTELY Horrible service, they are not interested in working. There were plenty of workers however there is a lack of direction and management. Plus is was FILTHY garbage overflowing and no utensils or cups on a Sunday at 5pm. AVOID this location
